breaks are available in the low season or at short notice.

Booking
Information
Booking
Provisional bookings made by telephone must be
followed by receipt of the deposit within seven days,
or three days if a late booking (i.e. less than six
weeks before arrival). If the booking is made more than
6 weeks before arrival the deposit is 50% of the total
rental; the balance is required six weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made less than six weeks before arrival
then the deposit is 100% of the total rental.
Pets
We
welcome pets, but reserve the right to charge a £10
cleaning fee per pet. We would ask that pets are not
allowed on the furniture and that the visitor should
bring their own dog beds with them.
Cleaning/breakages
The visitor is liable for any breakages or damage to
the property during their occupation. We ask the visitor
to please leave the property (including the washing
up!) clean and tidy.
Any problems
Please let us know immediately if there are any problems
with the property and we will do our best to rectify
the problem as quickly as possible.
